CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

Consumer complaints - retail - are handled under the Law of May 30, 2014. On consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827).
According to the law, Electrician Sp. z o.o. has 14 days to respond to the complaint submitted by the Purchaser and another 14 days to execute the complaint.
In the first instance, the advertised goods are subject to repair, if repair is not possible - replacement, and if replacement is not possible - correction and refund of funds to the Purchaser in an agreed manner.

Consumer complaints are accepted in accordance with the law according to the following rules:
- The buyer is obliged to deliver the advertised goods to Elektryk sp. z o.o. (Dobrzecka 72, 62-800 Kalisz) at its own expense,
- If the complaint is accepted, Elektryk Sp. z o.o. will reimburse the Purchaser for the shipping costs of the claimed goods,
- The buyer must deliver the goods with a completed complaint document, which can be downloaded from the attachment below, and a copy of the sales document of the advertised goods
- in the case of non-recognition of the complaint, the shipping costs incurred by the Purchaser will not be refunded, and the Purchaser will be charged the gross amount of PLN 50 (including handling, service diagnostics and shipping costs to manufacturers)
- if the complaint is not accepted, the purchaser is obliged to collect the advertised goods at his own expense


B2B COMPLAINTS - COMPANIES

Complaints of business purchasers (companies) are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, Commercial Law and concluded contracts.
Elektryk Sp. z o.o. informs that the Law on Consumer Rights does not apply to business relations between companies and, as such, does not apply to the complaint procedure and, in particular, to the time limit for processing complaints.
Elektryk Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to ensure that B2B (business) complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.

Complaints of companies are accepted in accordance with the law according to the following rules:
- The buyer is obliged to deliver the advertised goods to Elektryk sp. z o.o. (Dobrzecka 72, 62-800 Kalisz) at its own expense
- If the complaint is accepted, Elektryk Sp. z o.o. will reimburse the Purchaser for the shipping costs of the claimed goods,
- The buyer is required to deliver the goods with a completed complaint document, which can be downloaded from the attachment below

COMPLAINTS OF DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Elektryk Sp. z o.o. accepts complaints of damage in transit only up to 3 days from the date of delivery by courier of the consignment. The basic acceptance of the complaint of damage in transit is the damage protocol written by the Purchaser and the Courier.
The above applies to both retail customers and companies.
