ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT
Every company should have a Code of Ethics. It sets the standards and patterns of behavior required of employees and what customers can expect from it in this regard. Therefore, we decided to write down what has been in force in our company since its inception, but remained in the realm of unwritten laws.
This Code, applies to every person employed at Elektryk Sp. Ltd. at every level of the corporate hierarchy. Through it, we point out the general principles that we should all adhere to in order to make our company a trustworthy, reliable and reputable enterprise, as well as to make cooperation between the company's various departments and units harmonious, conflict-free and fruitful. Let's work on this together for our own sake as well as for the sake of our Customers and Contractors.
Familiarizing employees with this Code, we consider it a "must-read" and hope that it will answer many questions that have not yet been clarified.

Integrity in business
The company Elektryk Sp. z o.o. has always strived to ensure that all relationships we have with contractors, customers and also competitors are based on fairness. We do not tolerate corruption, manipulation, misrepresentation of facts, concealment of data and other unfair practices that lead to undue benefits.
Maintaining the principles of fair competition
Elektryk Sp. z o.o. adheres to the principle of maintaining mutually beneficial relations with our business partners. In our business operations, we expect our partners to adhere to business principles consistent with our principles. Elektryk Sp. Ltd. believes in vigorous and fair competition and supports the establishment of appropriate competition rules. Elektryk Sp. Ltd. and its employees are obliged to act in accordance with the principles of fair competition and all applicable laws.
Failure to accept financial benefits
All those working at Elektrik are absolutely and unreservedly prohibited from accepting financial benefits in exchange for any action, as well as giving such benefits in order to gain Customers, Business Partners or favor with officials and others. The activities of the company Elektryk Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of acquiring customers, promoting the company and selling services are always open and in full compliance with both the letter of the law and the principles of ethical operation. Corruption in any form is unacceptable.
III. Obligations to Customers and Business Partners
Caring for the continuous development of the organization, for the good image of the Company and for the sake of legitimate business relations with the Partners of Elektryk Sp. Ltd. adheres to the following principles:

Reports of violations of the policy are accepted by the Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance. The Ethics Committee has the power and authority to receive and investigate any complaints related to this policy. All submissions will be treated tactfully by the CEO and the Company Owner.
Appropriate treatment of customers
Customers are always and in every situation the highest good for the Electrician Company. Every employee of the company is committed to customer satisfaction and the full satisfaction of their needs in the field of Elektryk sp. z o.o. The ability to create a friendly atmosphere, combined with the ability to listen is extremely valuable. However, it is important to remember to remain professional while doing so and not to cross the fine line between involvement and entering into human intimacy.
Confidentiality of information
All information regarding Customers and Business Partners, is confidential and it is forbidden to share it outside. Employees in possession of such information should protect it in the best possible way so as not to disappoint the trust placed in them. Each employee is responsible for protecting the information entrusted to him.
Principles for acquiring and working with Business Partners
Business partners are an important part of a company's business, so it is important to ensure that they always have about Elektryk sp. Ltd. with the best possible reputation, to always, on time, provide them with the necessary materials and information, and to settle accounts with them without delay.
Trading Partner Elektryk Sp. Ltd. can become any entrepreneur, except those whose activities and possible cooperation with us would raise an ethical contradiction. Do not engage with companies or individuals that could damage our good reputation or undermine its credibility.
IV. Obligations to employees and coordinators
No discrimination, equal opportunity
Elektryk Sp. Ltd. respects every employee, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, origin or religion. Everyone working in the company has an absolute obligation to respect the individuality of a co-worker, and any discrimination will be severely punished. Also, unequal treatment by favoring and elevating some employees over others is unacceptable. Only conscientious work, commitment and individual aptitude are the tools for success in our company and only they can be gratified.
Sexual harassment, bullying and violence in the workplace
All employees should remember that such unacceptable behavior as sexual harassment, bullying, or workplace violence should be reported immediately to superiors. This applies not only to the direct victims, but also to the witnesses of these events.
In addition, in order to avoid unpleasant situations and suspicion of any of the above-mentioned behaviors, be sure to be sensitive to your co-workers and respect their individual feelings. Not all behavior is inappropriate on purpose, and we must remember that what is a joke to some may be tactless to others and offensive to still others. Therefore, the most important thing is to always consider how others will react to our behavior or statements.
Safety of employees in the workplace
Every employee of Electrician has job security. At the same time, everyone is obliged to comply with health and safety rules and immediately report accidents that occur while at the workplace. Also, deterioration in comfort should always be reported to eliminate it.
V. Liabilities to the company
Protection of company assets
Company assets are subject to protection and respect, so do not destroy company-owned items, but take care of them, use and maintain them properly. Electronic and electro-installation equipment must be used in accordance with operating instructions, software located on computers belonging to Elektryk Sp. Ltd. - Have licenses, and vehicles entering the company's assets - current tests confirming technical efficiency (UDT, Vehicle Inspection Station, etc.). In order to protect its own assets, Elektryk Sp. Ltd. has an internal system for monitoring vehicles and any required inspections. Employees are required to take care of the entrusted vehicles and any other equipment. It is forbidden to install or use any software without the permission of the person responsible for software management. Information that is a company's assets must be stored with appropriate security measures against possible leakage or theft. The company allows some programs to be used privately, but only in exceptional situations. Information exchanges made through the company's resources, are monitored in accordance with applicable laws.
Reliability of work.
All employees are obliged to perform their duties diligently and not expose the company to losses.
Protection of information, company secrets, non-competition
Employees of Elektryk Sp. z o.o. are obliged to observe corporate secrecy, i.e. not to disclose to the outside any information acquired in and about the company, for which necessary measures have been taken at Elektryk to preserve its confidentiality and the disclosure of which could expose Elektryk to harm. During the employment relationship, there is a total ban on competitive activities, which is not only understood as unethical, but is also a violation of the laws of the company and signed contracts.
Following the principles in this Code is a very important part of working in our company, however, there are situations in everyday life that will not be covered by the guidelines. Therefore, we must all remember to follow at all times the rules that our own good upbringing and common sense tells us. Let us always act in such a way that we never have to be ashamed of our deeds.
